XCast signs with master agent Sandler

XCast Labs, a global, hosted voice and video provider, has joined the Carrier Portfolio of telecommunications master agent and auditor Sandler Partners. Together, XCast and Sandler Partners are working to penetrate and service the small-to-medium-sized business market with hosted IP-PBX and SIP Trunking services.

“Since adding XCast to our Carrier Portfolio, we have found that the company delivers on both price and connection quality,” said Sandler Partners’ Founder and Managing Partner, Alan Sandler. “Additionally, XCast configures our installations quickly and has been among the best providers in terms of rapidly resolving issues with SIP Trunking installations."

XCast’s Digital Voice and Video offerings are based on its own proprietary platform. The company says it is able to activate service for reseller customers within a few days. Also of note is that the company reported more than 48% revenue growth in 2009, and that is has surpassed the 100,000-user mark.
