Broadsoft Appoints Jeff Kahn as Chief Transformation Officer

BroadSoft has appointed Jeff Kahn as chief transformation officer. In this newly created position, Kahn will oversee human resources, and identify strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and help drive BroadSoft’s investment in human capital.

“By anticipating shifts in the rapidly evolving communications technology industry, BroadSoft has been able to stay ahead of the innovation curve and grow into a global leader in cloud unified communications,” said Michael Tessler, president and CEO, BroadSoft. “With that growth in mind, Jeff will help our company and culture as we expand cross-functional activities across key areas of our business and organization.”

Prior to joining BroadSoft, Kahn served as AudioCodes’ chief strategy officer. Earlier in his career, Jeff was founder and managing director of Strategy3i, a consultancy that he established in 2007. Jeff also served as director of investment banking at the Maxim Group LLC, as well as chief strategic officer of Ruder Finn International.

“BroadSoft is at an exciting inflection point with a great global leadership position in UCaaS,” added Kahn. “By working closely with our management team and the rest of the BroadSoft organization, my focus will be on facilitating corporate change, organizational agility and ongoing improvement, in order to support BroadSoft’s efforts to achieve company goals.”
