FirstLight Fiber is looking to buy New Hampshire-based G4 Communications , including G4’s customer base and a data center located in Manchester, N.H.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

FirstLight Fiber, founded in 1999, has built up its fiber network to now span 190,000 route miles throughout New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts and New York. Its footprint includes four data center facilities serving wholesale and business customers. G4 Communications meanwhile is one of New Hampshire’s oldest and largest privately held ISPs, offering broadband data and Internet solutions, telephony services and other telecommunications services. FirstLight’s resources and facilities in Nashua, N.H. will serve to enhance support and services offered to G4’s customers.
