SaaS-based partner relationship management (PRM) provider Impartner has announced that TriNet, a provider of bundled HR solutions, selected its technology to transform its partner relationship platform, which serves their more than 500 national partners.
Impartner PRM technology provides TriNet with a mobile-responsive partner portal that integrates the full suite of technologies needed to serve partners, including deal registration, on-demand co-branded collateral, RFP submission, training and sales-enablement tools.
“The partner portal is the front door to our business relationship with our partners,” said Matt Wulkan, director of partner marketing for TriNet. “Using Impartner’s technology, our partner portal not only brings to life the tools our partners need to effectively and efficiently do business with TriNet, it automates and streamlines our on-boarding process, makes it easy to continue scaling and provides greater transparency and efficiency.”
TriNet provides its community of brokers and strategic alliance partners with go-to-market support, including lead registration, competitive intelligence and customized enablement tools.
“What really mattered to us was the ease of doing business with Impartner, their ability to understand requirements and execute,” Wulkan added.
Already, since launching the portal in August, Wulkan says the feedback from partners has been tremendous, noting that “we listened to our partner community and provided them with everything they needed to go to market quicker and easier when offering TriNet solutions to their clients.”
“Matt’s feedback is consistent with what we hear from Impartner’s customers as they implement next generation PRM solutions,” said Dave Taylor, CMO at Impartner. “In 2015, leading analyst firms consistently point to customer experience as the new battleground for providing a sustainable, competitive advantage in today’s market. By embracing next generation PRM solutions, companies like TriNet are elevating the partner experience and accelerating their channel.”
