Masergy Communications has promoted Bill Madison to vice president of the strategic partner program, and Kristy Thomas to vice president, cloud communications.
Madison will be responsible for global alignment, strategy and growth plans for Masergy’s strategic partners. Thomas will focus on expanding Masergy’s cloud communications solution globally, helping partners address both enterprise and mid-market clients with simplified, bundled offerings.
“Masergy continues to experience strong, year-over-year Global Partner Program growth,” said Chuck Ward, vice president of global channels at Masergy. “Bill Madison and Kristy Thomas are well-known in our channel community. In their expanded roles, they will continue working with partners to help customers transform their IT infrastructures with highly innovative solutions in hybrid networking, managed security and cloud communications.”
