NetGen Communications, in partnership with Commetrex and New Rock Technologies, has launched a channel portal.
The website helps NetGen channel partners facilitate sales and support with access to the resources required to address the fax-over-IP (FoIP) needs of the SOHO and small-medium business (SME).
“By focusing on the success of our channel partners, NetGen has now developed a portal to gain access to quality resources and tools designed to help them implement new programs and extend their product and service offerings to their customers and prospects,” said Michael Coffee, CEO of NetGen. “These tools allow NetGen channel partners to generate and receive leads and increase revenue.”
In a commodity market, such as ATAs and gateways, it is essential to provide the resources that enable NetGen channel partners to differentiate the NetGen products from others, the company said.
NetGen Communications,a spin-off of Commetrex Corporation, recently announced a development and marketing partnership with New Rock Technologies of Salem, New Hampshire and Shanghai.
“By combining the Smart FoIP technology developed by NetGen communications with the hardware offered by New Rock, NetGen channel partners can use the information contained in the NetGen Channel Portal to explain how these products can solve the problems of carrier routing, and offer a complete IP solution to their customers,” said Hua Lin, CEO at New Rock Technologies.
