Relayware Adds Brennan to Board

Relayware, a SaaS-based provider of partnering automation software, including for channel partner programs, has announced Paul Brennan has been appointed to the company’s board of directors. He has more than 30 years of global business development experience in the IT sector.

Over the course of Brennan’s successful career, he has served as executive chairman and CEO at both private and publicly owned companies. Brennan is currently chairman of the board for both OnApp and Truegroups, and his previous board experience includes chairman stints at Zeus Technology, VisionOSS, Apptix, Archangel Filmworks, Trustix and Xtractor. He started his career at IBM Corporation in Europe and Australia, after graduating with a degree in geology and geophysics from the University of Sydney.

“Over the years I’ve seen firsthand how SaaS and cloud technologies can disrupt markets and drive tremendous business growth,” said Brennan. “I believe Relayware is effectively at the forefront of an explosive new market – partnering automation – which builds on the success of sales- and marketing-automation software and exploits unrealized business value through improved partner engagement and management.“

In addition to Brennan, Relayware’s board of directors consists of executive chairman Robert Mann, Relayware CEO Mike Morgan, Relayware chief product officer Veronica Brunwin, Panaya vice president Jennifer Kula and Albion Ventures partner Emil Gigov.

“We’re thrilled to have Paul join our board of directors,” said Relayware CEO Mike Morgan.  “His successful track record leading companies at a similar stage of growth will be enormously helpful as we scale our business to meet the rising tide of demand for leading partnering automation software.”
