Sage Launches Advisor Dashboard for Partners

Sage North America, which offers a range of business management software, has announced the Sage Advisor Dashboard for Partners, which gives deeper insight and intelligence into channel partners’ customer bases.

It’s “designed to offer business partners more effective ways to work strategically and advise their customers,” the company said. “In continuing to arm partners with award-winning tools to compete, [it] means more revenue growth and richer customer relationships.”

Within the Sage Advisor Dashboard for Partners, Sage can capture real-time customer data, presenting it in a graphical format that partners can access for intelligence about their customers. This data provides improved visibility into how customers are using their software on a daily basis, thus offering, in theory, increased control over business investments and better overall planning options. Partners can also see potential cross-selling opportunities and create more targeted marketing campaigns by slicing and dicing the data.

“The Sage Advisor Dashboard follows our history of providing innovative tools, such as last year’s well-received release of the Sage Product and Company Scoring Initiative, to our channel,” said Donald Deshaies, vice president of channel management for Sage North America. “Our intent is to empower business partners to succeed at the changing business model of selling and delivering cloud-based services. And, with this new tool, we’re incenting and encouraging our channel to strengthen their roles as business advisors.”

The Sage Advisor Dashboard for Partners will begin its availability with an initial release on April 28.
