Telarix Expands Leadership Team

Telarix has expanded its senior leadership team with the addition of Rich Marano as COO, and Dan Dooley as chief revenue officer.

Marano joins Telarix with more than 30 years of experience, most recently serving as executive vice president at iconectiv where he led the information solutions business. Prior to that position, he served as vice president of business operations for Ericsson’s Support Solutions Unit, and as executive vice president and COO of Telcordia.

At Telarix, he will be responsible for all technology operation,s from development to implementation, supporting the requirements of customers in consolidating their carrier operations and the volumes of traffic across voice, SMS, and next generation services, with Telarix as a single platform.

Dooley meanwhile has more than 28 years’ experience in Fortune 50, mid-size and startup organizations including over 20 years with international carriers. He  joins Telarix from TruMobility, where he served as president and COO. He also spent more than 14 years at Sprint leading its $1 billion international carrier business, $6 billion wireline business and $2 billion wholesale business.

In January of this year, Telarix was acquired by Vista Equity Partners, a private equity firm with focused investments in software, data and technology-enabled companies. Vista partners closely with management teams and provides multilevel support to help companies reach their full potential.
