XO Communications (XO) has launched SIPack, a SIP-based voice service delivered over a private dedicated connection, available via channel partners.
SIP allows the transmission of voice, video and other media types over IP-based networks such as local-area or private networks. For businesses with multiple locations, XO SIPack offers a centralized solution, enabling IT professionals to manage call flows and ensure business communications continuity. Paired with the XO MPLS IP-VPN network, SIPack offers customers integrated voice and Internet connectivity to all of their office locations.
