Features of the cloud portfolio, which is available via the company’s channel partners, include integrated voice, fax, voice mail, presence, instant messaging, automatic call recording, contact center, Zultys Mobile Communicator for iPhone and Android, the Zultys MXIE UC desktop client,and a built-in conferencing bridge.
In terms of scale, Zultys Cloud Services can scale up to support thousands of users across over a hundred different locations.
Meanwhile, Zultys Contact Center User Packages are now cloud-available, and offer access to call center monitoring and reporting tools, advanced call routing, barge in and whisper capabilities and other features. Seasonal businesses can scale the number of users and lines up or down without penalties, the company said.
