Recent Growth Since launching as C3 Cloud in 2009, C3 Complete has evolved into a leading technology consultancy with a growing national and international footprint and loyal partner base. Today the company remains independently owned and led by a highly experienced executive team. In recent years, C3 Complete has expanded beyond Florida, adding key data center locations in Las Vegas and Cleveland, Ohio, and opening an office in Puerto Rico, enhancing its ability to support customers across multiple regions. In 2025, C3 Complete extended its network and services portfolio into iM Critical’s state-of-the-art computing facility in Pittsburgh, Pa. Together, the two companies provide high bandwidth multi-carrier internet access, cloud connectivity and dedicated multi-path data center interconnects. Local companies also can access C3’s full information security services suite. “Expanding into Pittsburgh was a significant achievement for our company,” Mancinelli said. “Pittsburgh is an exciting market, with a tremendous amount of technology innovation happening in areas like robotics, AI and automation, among others. The region is attracting organizations, talent and investment, so we’re thrilled to have a presence there and to introduce our products and services to more partners and customers.” In July, C3 announced another major milestone: a new NOC/SOC inside iM Critical’s strategic IT hub in the heart of Miami. The facility sits above the 100-year flood plain and outside hurricane evacuation zones, enabling C3 to offer full business continuity and disaster recovery to partners and customers while supporting sustainable, energy-efficient data center operations. The organization now plans to expand its SOC and is actively scouting additional backup locations. 2026 Outlook C3 Complete is entering 2026 from a position of strength, with the company growing at its own pace while selectively evaluating strategic acquisitions that align with its culture and partner needs.
