Recently, ChannelVision sat down with Michelle Kadlacek, vice president, Spectrum Enterprise, to find out more about the company’s Partner Program. ChannelVision: What has the Spectrum Partner Program focused on lately? Michelle Kadlacek: We are growing the Spectrum Partner Program through investments in network infrastructure and technology, from introducing new products and solutions to increasing our bandwidth and services to help our clients modernize their networks. Our program is supporting selling partners, value-added resellers, managed services providers and technology distributors as they sell Spectrum internet, voice, TV, networking, mobile and managed services. CV: What is new and innovative, and how will it benefit partners? MK: We have expanded our portfolio of managed services to include two solutions, Managed Network Edge, based on the Cisco Meraki platform, and Enterprise Network Edge, powered by Fortinet. Our selling partners continue to have tremendous success with our connectivity solutions, such as Business and Fiber Internet Access and Ethernet services for multiple connections. We also rolled out the Set Back Box TV service, which partners can sell to clients with up to 19 TVs on their network. This is a cost-effective HDTV service with high reliability and more than 200 available channels, delivering entertainment, sports and news to employees and customers. Partners benefit from incremental sales opportunities as clients seek managed services and reliable connectivity. CV: What updates have been made to partner resources? MK: With our launch of PartnerLink, a partner relationship management system, partners can access co-branded marketing assets and lead generation campaigns to drive sales opportunities. This platform provides access to sales tools and resources, empowering partners to sel l more and providing additional support. Partners can take advantage of Salesforce Communities, a CRM system for ordering, pricing and quoting. Partners with Salesforce Communities can access PartnerLink seamlessly in the same window, bringing together two very important portals in one. This important milestone aligns with our focus on elevating the partner experience. CV: What do you expect next for the Spectrum Partner Program? MK: We expect an exciting year in 2023 as our team focuses on helping partners close more deals. We are here for partners every step of the way and see many good things coming in the future as our partnerships continue to grow. Our managed services have been successful, and we expect more field engagement and use of our sales resources, such as our new Sales Solution Guides and managed services specialists. This all means more opportunities for our partners to win, leveraging our managed services solutions. We will also continue to make investments and enhancements in our systems and tools with the goal of elevating our partners’ experiences and making it even easier to sell Spectrum services.
