In just its 13th year of operations, Infiflex has made serious inroads both in the U.S. and on an international scale. The cloud services provider entered the Americas market in 2022, with a goal to provide small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the right combination of platforms and expertise to allow them to navigate the treacherous tech landscape and close the tech gap against their much larger competitors. Now, through the power of its channel partner collaborations, Infiflex has expanded to more than 10,000 SME customers worldwide, with a solid presence in the U.S. and Singapore, as well as its native India, where it is a top Google Workspace partner. “We’re seeing amazing growth by working with our channel partners,” observed Infiflex’s U.S. executive leader, Ron Cole. “Their customization abilities make them ideal for delivering our tailored SME solutions. By combining these platforms and channel relationships, we’re better equipped to empower SMEs with agility, productivity and security.” As a Microsoft, Amazon Web Services and Google partner, Infiflex’s mission ultimately is to achieve excellence in cloud solutions while also building long-term client relationships that are based on bestof-breed services and mutual trust. And – on the heels of its popular Giffy and Chekin products – things are set to only get better for the multiple-time Google award winner. These offerings serve to help mid-market businesses both scale and secure themselves. The Giffy framework – which has recently been enhanced with AI functionality in order to support faster, streamlined, next-gen app development – can be used in order to help organizations with limited coding abilities to develop complex, custom applications and websites. The Giffy (low-code) and Giffy CMS (no-code) software makes use of rapid application development (RAD) capabilities in order to create an abstraction over the core platform. And, by supporting a model-driven approach as opposed to the more traditional development cycle, customers can easily tweak their apps based on little more than what they observe needs to be changed. “With Giffy, companies can build apps and sites much faster and for less cost than traditional custom development,” said Cole. “You don’t need large dev teams or deep technical expertise. Our platform empowers businesses to more quickly and easily create solutions that are tailored to their needs. “And Giffy CMS takes it to the next level,” he continued, “by helping partners and SMEs more easily build those engaging, customized websites that go beyond brochures in order to drive communication and revenue.” Chekin, meanwhile, is designed to deliver a seamless cloud-based, single sign-on access management experience. With its secure authentication, customers can reduce login and password management burdens by connecting to all cloud apps with one simple login. By accessing these credentials, users also concurrently benefit from features such as IP restrictions, user bypassing, organizational unit protections, signature setup and authenticated device registration, among others. “We’re talking about expanded SSO (single sign on),” said Cole. “Chekin provides frictionless access to a diverse set of SaaS tools. This alone can make it a game changer for small and medium businesses.” Ultimately, Infiflex’s goal is to help smaller organizations bridge the technology gap against larger competitors with considerably more on-hand resources. After all, one does not have to be a technology expert to refer, sell or even use its products. The end game with these solutions is to provide organizations with a competitive edge. o For more information on Infiflex, visit www.infiflex.com or call (972) 972-8455.
