Channel partners often approach commercial connectivity one tenant at a time, selling a circuit or managed network to an individual business while leaving the broader property opportunity untouched. Aditum Connect, a 2026 VSA winner, enables partners to serve the entire building through a platform that supports individually managed tenant internet services alongside secure building-wide connectivity. “Wi-Fi Traverse extends that model across the property by allowing the same tenant-facing infrastructure to support additional wireless use cases,” said Aditum Connect Founder and CEO Brian Higgins. “Partners can deliver distinct services for tenants, building operations and shared applications without deploying duplicate Wi-Fi infrastructure or combining everything into a conventional shared network.” ChannelVision: How does Wi-Fi Traverse create additional revenue for MSPs? Brian Higgins: The revenue opportunity expands when the MSP become the connectivity provider for the property rather than just a vendor to one tenant. Partners can deliver individually billed internet services to all tenants while also supporting building operations, common areas, property-management systems, IoT devices, cameras, access control and other shared applications. Wi-Fi Traverse allows those additional services to use the same tenant-facing wireless infrastructure, eliminating the need for the property to fund and maintain a duplicate system. Instead of winning one account, the MSP establishes a longterm connectivity platform serving tenants, ownership and building operations. CV: Does Aditum ensure each tenant receives its own defined service level? BH: Each tenant is provisioned as an individual subscriber with its own service package, bandwidth profile and network boundary. The property or service provider defines the speed, pricing and service characteristics associated with each account rather than placing every user onto a single shared network with undifferentiated service and performance. The platform automates subscriber provisioning, billing and service activation, allowing each tenant’s connection to be managed independently from every other tenant in the building. This gives partners the operational structure of an ISP while avoiding the cost and complexity of building the supporting ISP systems themselves. CV: Why does Aditum’s model scale so efficiently? BH: Aditum is designed around standardized, repeatable deployments. Partners can use centrally managed configurations and automated provisioning rather than manually building a custom network for every property or tenant. The platform separates the management of the building infrastructure from the delivery of each subscriber service. That allows a partner to add tenants, change service levels and expand to additional properties without redesigning the network each time. Because billing, provisioning and service management are integrated, adding subscribers does not require a corresponding increase in configuration and administration. This allows an MSP or systems integrator to move from managing a handful of individual accounts to operating a scalable portfolio of buildinglevel connectivity services. CV: How does Wi-Fi Traverse preserve the tenant service boundary? BH: The tenant continues to receive an independent internet service rather than simply being placed on a shared SSID or captive-portal network. Buildingwide services traverse the same physical access points, but they remain isolated and separately controlled. Their traffic is delivered directly to designated VLANs on the building’s switch network, entirely bypassing the tenant’s local network. This allows ownership to gain more value from the deployed infrastructure without weakening privacy, security or the tenant’s service experience. CV: How does Aditum help partners and SIs source the carrier bandwidth needed to serve a property? BH: Many SIs are well positioned to deploy and support building connectivity but do not have established carrier relationships or experience sourcing commercial internet circuits. Aditum removes that barrier with a simple quoting tool available to our partners and resellers. They can submit the service address and bandwidth requirements once and receive options from multiple available carriers, making it easier to identify suitable providers, compare pricing and secure the upstream connectivity needed for the property. This allows partners to pursue complete building-level opportunities without first developing their own carrier procurement practice or master-agent relationships. CV: Aditum Connect is planning to roll out Carrier Access Conduits during the third quarter of 2026. Tell us more about this development. BH: Carrier Access Conduits will allow participating mobile carriers and connectivity providers to securely extend services across Aditum Wi-Fi Traverse infrastructure. For building owners, this creates a practical way to improve indoor mobile connectivity and address coverage gaps without deploying a traditional dedicated distributed antenna system. For MSPs and systems integrators, it creates another recurring service that can be added to properties already using compatible Aditum hardware. The broader strategy is to make the building’s connectivity infrastructure more productive. The same platform can support tenant internet, building operations, shared wireless applications and supplement cellular with carrier Wi-Fi while maintaining clear security and service boundaries between each use case. o Seeing the Bigger Picture Aditum Connect helps partners turn tenant connectivity into building-wide recurring services CORE COMMUNICATIONS Brian Higgins, Aditum Connect Founder & CEO 46 CHANNELVISION | SUMMER 2026
