KnowBe4 KnowBe4 unveiled a new partner portal in November to streamline marketing, sales, deal registration and training. 6,000 users are now using the portal, and more than 1,600 partner sales reps have completed a Sales Evangelist training program since the launch. Broadvoice In 2020 Broadvoice fully integrated its acquisitions, which are now united behind a single brand experience and expanded resources. Broadvoice added channel leadership, including a VP of strategic relationships and two area VPs for the East and West Coasts, as well as channel managers, partner sales managers, sales engineers and a sales support manager. Cox Business Cox Business now has a channel support team with more than 40 members and a portfolio that includes cloud, security, managed services and gateway access products to complement its network. Cox Business also partners with some of the largest master agents in the U.S. After four years of centralizing the Cox Business Channel Program, the company has seen more than 30% YoY growth. It has a 95% installation success rate, more than $15 billion invested in infrastructure updates during the last decade and counting, more than 30,000 miles of metro fiber, and more than 140,000 miles of hybrid-fiber coax infrastructure. The combination of Cox Business connectivity and RapidScale cloud services can help customers increase IT productivity, improve security and empower remote workforces. National Retail Solutions (NRS) In just five years, IDT subsidiary NRS has grown its cloud-based national POS network to more than 8,500 active terminals. The company offers a POS system that’s custom tailored for small, independent convenience, grocery, liquor and tobacco stores. NRS also offers the NRS PAY credit card processing service, which now has more than 2,000 accounts.
