FirstLight recently acquired ColoSpace and pending regulatory approval will soon acquire TruePath Technologies for enhanced monitoring. FirstLight also offers security options with DNS and DDoS protection, encrypted wavelength, backup and disaster recovery. Granite Telecommunications Granite recently launched Granite Guardian, a managed network solution that safeguards business connections from LAN to WAN with an as- a-service delivery model. Services include access remediation, security and LAN and WAN optimization. Each service comes with support from Granite, including 24-hour U.S.-based customer service and guaranteed SLAs. Guardian also includes access to the Granite Guardian Portal. Telesystem Telesystem utilizes its unique product portfolio and white glove support to design national multilocation deployment solutions for enterprise customers. Its ideal customer for managed security has between eight and 80 locations and limited IT staff. In one example, Telesystem provided an SD-WAN security solution to a truck and trailer supply company experiencing network complications in 17 locations across 10 states, including poor video conference performance, no access to internal network intelligence, unreliable copper T1 circuits, no web filtering, end of life on- premises PBX and 50 MB of shared internet access. BCM One BCM One is an MSP specializing in delivering technology solutions to complex, multi-site locations. The company recently provided a large online furniture retailer with managed SD-WAN with dual SD-WAN devices, two-fold internet and routers and a virtual connection to AWS across multiple locations. BCM One designed the solution and helped advise network creation. It also developed a migration and cut-over plan to support the transition and worked during off hours to avoid disruption. TailWind Voice & Data TailWind partnered with the Hudson Group and is now providing fully managed circuit consolidation across all its retail stores and storage facilities in the U.S. and Canada (more than 37 airports and transit facilities and 900+ locations). TailWind provides 24/7/365 project management with a dedicated single point of contact, coordinates all vendors, contractors and suppliers, monitors connectivity and more.
