Managed services and connectivity provider AireSpring has launched its AireReboot Remote Reboot solution, intended to help enterprises keep critical systems online, reduce costly outages and streamline operations across distributed locations. AireReboot is designed to enable enterprises to automatically or remotely restart locked-up or unresponsive devices such as firewalls, SD-WAN appliances, switches, routers, kiosks and IoT endpoints without sending technicians on-site. From retail kiosks to critical network appliances, AireReboot offers versatile applications across industries, the company said. In addition, when a LAN or primary connection goes down, the system detects the outage and can trigger an automatic reboot to ensure all devices come back online over a secondary connection. Users also can automate reboots daily, weekly or monthly to help prevent device lockups, and the solution’s IoT and remote infrastructure is designed to enable fast recovery for distributed systems such as EV charging stations, POS terminals and access control systems that require fast remote intervention, officials said. “As enterprises become more dependent on always-on digital infrastructure, the ability to remotely recover from outages is no longer optional—it’s mission-critical,” said Avi Lonstein, CEO of AireSpring. “Our remote reboot solution delivers peace of mind by keeping devices and systems running reliably while also saving time, money and resources.” ICYMI NUSO, a cloud communications SaaS provider, has appointed Daren Finney as chief revenue officer (CRO).
