The global outbreak of COVID appears to have impacted international calling, but perhaps being locked down and isolated didn’t drive as much inter- national calling as might be expected. According to a survey of international operators by TeleGeogra- phy, only a bare majority of operators saw a jump in international call volumes as the pandemic tightened its grip in March. And the bump in traffic was short-lived. Only 4% of carriers reported that traffic levels remained elevated by the second and third quarters of the year. Did you see in increase in international traffic in March compared to same period in 2019? Denver-based Pax8 recently announced the launch of Pax8 UK and its strategic leadership team.
