The company is located in Booth 423 on the tradeshow floor. C3 was founded in December 2009 by industry veterans whose vision was to provide a unique combination of cloud- based services, on-site support and vertical market knowledge to the small and mid- sized business market. “Our initial focus was cloud services and the market sort of adopted us as C3 Cloud,” said founder and CEO Rick Mancinelli. “We embraced the nickname; it really became our calling card over the years.” During the years between the founding and today, C3 has provided a tech- nology experience that includes all facets of hardware, software, voice and data networking, infor- mation security and expert support. And that is just the point: C3 is not simply about the cloud anymore. “Over time our service portfolio has grown substantially,” Mancinelli explained. “We now offer a full suite of cloud services, security, telecom, connectivity, engineering and so much more. Not only that, but we now find ourselves servicing not only small and mid-sized businesses but some multi- billion-dollar global brands as well.” He said clients and partners often are surprised to learn how much C3 actually is doing, day-to-day. “I think that sort of triggered the thought that maybe now was the time to expand our horizons a little bit, and so we decided after more than a decade as C3 Cloud we needed something new, so here we are! C3 Cloud is now C3 Complete,” Mancinelli announced. The company, based in Delray Beach, Fla., operates out of four data centers in Florida (2), Nevada and Ohio, with plans to expand to the Atlanta market shortly. C3 owns and operates its own geo-diverse VMware Cloud Verified hosting platform and Cisco BroadWorks powered UCaaS, CCaaS and SIP platform. Mancinelli said the plan for C3 Complete is to continue to grow. “Growth is going to come from several different areas,” he explained. “We are actively recruiting forward-thinking, next- generation partners, those who are truly invested in the success of their clients. I think that type of partner meshes really well with our team, and the business outcomes for clients and partners have both been really positive.” The company has grown through a couple of acquisitions in the past, and Mancinelli said he and his team will continue to look for opportunities. “We don’t want to acquire just for the sake of growth, instead we are looking for acquisitions that also benefit our existing clients,” he said. “We also expect our service portfolio to continue to grow. Our team is continually evaluating new technologies and services and actively looking to introduce our clients and our partners to services that will bring additional value.” Mancinelli also expects to continue to grow organically. “Just last year, we grew our support and engineering team by 50 percent, which is fantastic for us, and that trend has continued into 2021,” Mancinelli said. “I will say 2020 was one of the most inter- esting years I’ve experienced in my career, and I don’t think anybody would disagree with that,” he added. “Having said that, 2021 is proving to be one of the most exciting years of my career.
