Amid this dynamism, INCOMPAS as an organization has clear priorities, according to CEO Chip Pickering, revolving around supporting business growth by driving policy decisions that create an open and competitive communications marketplace. “Our priority is, and always will be, to repre- sent the interests of our members and the broader internet and competitive communica- tions community, and to provide an opportunity for our members to network and do business together,” he said. “We are committed to furthering government policies that promote competition across all networks and busi- ness models through our advocacy work. We also want to provide a forum to facili- tate business transactions and partnerships in the competitive communications sector through our events.” The INCOMPAS membership has evolved to include a broad array of internet, streaming, content, communica- tions, network and technology companies that need access to open, competitive markets.
