« 1 0 » THE INCOMPAS SHOW I OCTOBER 15 - 17, 2017 www.bekabusinessmedia.com DAY 2 Easton Telecom Celebrates 25 Years of Business E aston Telecom Services is celebrating a quarter-century in business, during which it has grown from an aggre- gator of long-distance services to a nation- wide service provider. “I am very proud Easton has reached this milestone,” said Rob Mocas, the company’s president and founder. “It is quite an accom- plishment in such a dynamic industry.” Mocas attributes Easton’s success to the company’s strong-service oriented values the company was founded on and the fact that this strong culture still exists today. “At Easton, we still have a live recep- tionist answering all calls,” said Mocas. “Customers are transferred to the correct party immediately when calling. I have always maintained that the personal service touch is such a vital part of what sets Easton apart.” He added that another major factor to Easton’s success is its dedicated team of telecom professionals: “Over 50 percent of the employees at Easton have been here for more than 10 years. Their hard work and dedication is a true testament to Easton’s success.” Easton is also still celebrating success with its original sales model: Easton’s services have been marketed using an independent distributor channel since its inception. “The commission structure Easton has always maintained is very attractive,” explained Jim Butler, Easton’s director of sales and marketing. “The majority of Easton’s services are commissioned using a buy rate/retail rate scenario. This pricing arrangement allows our distributors to offer attractive pricing options to the end users while ensuring a residual income for themselves.” With headquarters in Cleveland, Easton offers voice, data and wireless solutions to businesses nationwide. All of Easton’s products and services are carried over the networks of top providers for reliability, and multiple underlying networks are utilized so Easton can provide customers with multiple product choices at competitive prices, all billed on one invoice. p Where do you want your circuit?
