1 2 THE INCOMPAS SHOW I OCTOBER 24 - 26, 2022 www.bekabusinessmedia.com DAY 1 Y FiberLight Closes Out Historical Quarter INDATEL Services has experienced a year of exponential growth in 2022 with ambitious goals set for 2023. The company was founded in 2003 to represent network providers on a nationwide scale. Connection to INDATEL is a connection to more than 700 rural independent telecommunications providers. The organization continues to grow nationally and remains committed to providing best-in-class, costeffective transport connectivity via fiberoptic routes in rural and metropolitan areas. INDATEL delivers reliable bandwidth solutions in rural and underserved markets. Over the years, as INDATEL membership has grown, so has the network that now reaches from the East Coast to the West Coast and many places in between. The INDATEL wholesale account team has nurtured many wholesale channel relationships, which in turn presents unprecedented sales opportunities for its membership that may otherwise not have been attainable at a smaller scale. In 2022, INDATEL is breaking several records previously deemed tough to overcome, and it plans to continue down that path into 2023. These include: • An all-time high in new members approved by its board of managers: East Kentucky Network, Bluegrass Network, New Mexico Fiber Network and Hoosier Net. • A record 35 active member companies involved in the organization. • It’s largest team of internal employees since INDATEL’s formation supporting and delivering exceptional business to customer and members. • Representing a network covering more than 400,000 miles of fiber and 1 million-plus serviceable buildings. In case those broken records are not enough, INDATEL has achieved 198 percent revenue growth compared to 2021. According to CEO Seth Arndorfer, Dakota Carrier Network (DCN) continues to be a member of INDATEL for many reasons. “It really comes down to scale,” he explained. “We’re creating scale by tying our networks together, giving large carriers such as wireless, federal contracts and governmental contracts a single point of contact to meet so many addresses with a single bill.” When asked about the record year for INDATEL Services and plans for 2023, INDATEL CEO Mel Wagner Jr. said, “INDATEL is just scratching the surface of potential to provide service to our customers, monetize and grow our member networks, and most importantly connecting the world to rural America one circuit at a time. Bottom-line, INDATEL employees are the differentiator when it comes to the customer experience in our rural-based industry segment. Stay tuned for more INDATEL in your future.” INDATEL is implementing industryleading automation platforms to enable all departments to be more efficient in their day-to-day duties. In turn, enabling automation efforts allows the INDATEL team to create a touchless ordering experience for all customers, customized down to the customer’s preferred pricing platform. INDATEL Data Systems Specialist Lance Popp said, “We never want to get to the point that we are so automated that we lose our personalized customer service, but what we can do is arm each department with tools and information to further enhance our customer experience and allow our employees to make more informed and intelligent decisions along the life of an order. For our customers, we can make ordering from us easier by implementing APIs into the systems they are already utilizing to submit and track orders.” p To learn more, visit Governor’s Meeting Room 15 or booth 106.
