At the same time, demand is emerging across a highly distributed digital environment, driven by enterprises, applications, users and increasingly intelligent workloads. Join Zayo CEO Sowmyanarayan Sampath as he explores one of the defining challenges of the next era of technology: connecting the supply of digital capacity with the demand for intelligence, wherever it exists. Sampath will join INCOMPAS CEO Chip Pickering for a fireside conversation and audience questions. 9:30 a.m.–10:10 a.m. CEO Outlook Legends Ballroom D INCOMPAS members are building the networks to support and meet the growing demands of the market. From long haul to last mile FTTH, the need for more fiber is coming from every direction at once, from AI and cloud buildouts to households and small businesses where bandwidth demand keeps growing. The planning process is complex and is more than just ambitious build targets. It takes disciplined capital use and the ability to move quickly into new markets. Hear directly from CEOs making those calls on where fiber infrastructure is headed. For some, that means serving data center development. For others, it means building to reach homes and businesses in new markets. Panelists will talk candidly about how they choose new markets, plan, and staff for their builds. Attendees will gain an inside look at the investment and operating decisions shaping fiber and infrastructure deployment today—and the leadership priorities that will define successful network operators in 2027 and beyond.
