It includes information on the largest super agencies, each of which represents several hundred providers, as well as distributors that maintain a focus on one or a few services or technology categories, plus everything in between. Altogether, that adds up to more the 75 TSDs listed, and while the top six TSDs (AppDirect, Avant, Bridgepointe, Intelisys, Telarus and Sandler Partners) account for more than 70 percent of the TSD market, according to Omdia, that leaves several billion dollars under the command of the dozens of smaller distributors included here. Certainly, at a time when artificial intelligence and automation are adding rapid innovaton along with some level of chaos to the market, there has never been more need for the consolidated resources, engineering expertise, training and enablement tools that often come with working through a TSD.
