Three new access points and the new c4000 cnMaestro management appliance provide a system solution with affordable access point hardware and network controller options, said the company. These new solu- tions support enterprise and residential coverage, enterprise ethernet switching and multi-site cloud management. “Network operators and managed service providers (MSP) are constantly pressured to deliver more value and better technology at a lower price,” said Daran Hermans, director of product line management at Cambium Networks. “These three new enterprise Wi-Fi products, combined with cnMaestro single dashboard cloud management, provide more options and control for the network edge with zero recurring fees. Cambium Networks Enterprise solutions include zero-touch Wi-Fi, a set of features that automate device adoption, utilize policy based provisioning and self-optimize for high-capacity Wi-Fi networks.” The cnPilot comes in three form factors. The cnPilot e505 is a small form factor outdoor 802.11ac Wave 2 access point designed for city-wide and high-density deployments with quick installation and low profile. The cnPilot e510 is a high- performance outdoor 802.11ac Wave 2 with extended temperature operations, rail certi- fied for shock and vibration, extended ESD and LTE co-existence and IP67 rating. And the cnPilot e425H is a wall plate 802.11ac Wave 2 access point designed for high- density installations with one access point per room. The Integra-E is the first micr wave radio to deliver true fiber capacity, said SAF. It takes the Integra family into the E-band frequencies delivering 10 Gbps capacity, while offering the same Integra family characteristics of spectral effi- ciency, high-reliability, carrier-grade features and performance and a five-year warranty. The extremely wide bandwidth available in the 70 – 80 GHz band enables these high capaci- ties, and the advanced technical features implemented within the E-band radio allow for full utilization of the available band- width, maximizing capacity and link availability. The new Integra-E radio also supports ACMB feature. That means, in addition to ACM, bandwidth changes are performed in real time based on the link’s conditions. First, modula- tion is stepped down until BPSK is reached, then the initial bandwidth is divided by 2 and then by 4 in attempts to keep the link live. Knowing that many of its customers rely on the advanced Ethernet switch functionality built into our MW radios, SAF implemented a 10 Gbps switch with 50 Gbps switching capacity in its new E-band radio.
