I nscape Data comes to WISPA- PALOOZA 2018 with two new high- performance Outdoor POE switches with 10Gbps fiber uplink ports: the LPS6844ATMT1 Layer 2 switch and the LPS7844ATM-T1 Layer 3 IP switch for High Bandwidth POE applications. Each switch is equipped with eight powered 1G POE ports at 30W per port, four additional 1G copper ports and four new 10G SFP+ optical uplink ports. The models add 10G fiber uplink ports for customers needing the uplink bandwidth for line rate data in ring networks and other network topologies. The LPS6844 Layer 2 switch provides ISP providers primarily serving residen- tial customers that need the highest uplink BW and/or 10G compatibility with central network switches. In addition, the new LPS7844 switch adds Layer 3 IP switching capabilities to accommodate business-level ISPs that need the lowest latency (up to 10x lower latency than L2 switches) and handling geographically disbursed customers. These new switches expand Inscape Data’s existing product line of four and eight-port Outdoor POE switches, 100Mbps and 1 Gbps ports, managed and unmanaged, with up to 60W avail- able power per port.
