BCN Major Accounts Advocates provide white glove, concierge-level support for select BCN customers, said the company. This support overlays the experience all BCN customers receive through other experience- focused organizations including BCN Customer Service and BCN Care & Repair. Major Account support addresses key elements of a customer’s experience including initial bill review and ongoing billing inquiries, account inven- tory management, the addition of key services or locations and more. Working hand-in-hand with BCN sales partners, BCN Major Accounts Advo- cates are able to help strengthen relationships through face-to-face engagements at customer- determined intervals. “I’ve seen first-hand the value that this en- hanced level of support adds to my customer’s overall experience,” said BCN sales partner Jason Gillaspie of TDM. “It’s one more example of BCN’s commitment to me as a partner and to ensuring a smooth journey for my customers.” Master agent Telarus has hired industry-veteran Randi Robison as its new senior partner development manager (SPDM) of Utah and Idaho. In this role, Robison will help existing Telarus channel partners expand their data, voice, cloud and contact center practices, as well as recruit new companies. Robison comes to Telarus from West UC, a provider of conferencing, col- laboration, managed voice, network and digital media services. Robison held several roles while at West UC, beginning as a global account representative where she met with West UC’s largest customers. Most recently, she served as a territory sales executive, covering Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Sennheiser Communications has appointed James Fairweather as its new vice president of sales and marketing – enterprise solutions Americas. Fairweather has more than 25 years’ experience driving sales initiatives in channel-based companies with a specialization in areas such as unified com- munications, SaaS, cloud-based infrastructures, videoconferencing, networking, VoIP and pro AV. He has served in both global and American executive sales management positions with industry-leading manufacturers such as Hewlett Packard, Polycom, Vidyo, PictureTel, Yamaha, MCI WorldCom and Honeywell. The Sennheiser Enterprise Solutions channel will be fully owned by current co-parent company William Demant as of January 2020.
