CV: What is one thing channel partners should know about your com pany? RS: Achieving business growth is a challenge for many of our customers. Finding talent to support business growth is not only expensive, but it’s also a difficult. Our specific goal at FaxSIPit is to allow companies to focus on what they do best, while leaving the fax portion of their business to our experts. By working with us, and our hosted white label service, our customers can increase their top and bottom business lines without having to develop new applications or add headcount and salaries. CV: What do you consider your primary differentiation point from your nearest competitor(s)? RS: We utilize cutting edge, hosted, white label HTTPS and TLS technol - ogy to help in a FoIP world that is very challenging to say the least. Our solution drives efficiencies and increases bottom lines, while helping businesses maintain happy and “sticky” customers. CV: What is one challenge or issue faced by your customers? RS: Quality of fax transmission (clear text/image or successful delivery) is the single biggest issue faced by most fax users. Clients typically come to us to eliminate the pain associated with faxing via G.711 and T.38. With the application of HTTPS and TLS, we have virtually eliminated that pain. We know fax, we regularly evaluate our carriers, and we refine fax signal and various telecom parameters. As a result, clients are given the industry’s most consistent and reliable fax delivery. CV: What about more complex faxing needs? Do you have solutions for those? RS: We have an API and a virtual appliance called SecureFax-SDE. This is a document sharing and collaboration platform that offers faxing as well as mobile secure file sharing. It lets your staff work from anywhere on any device, while maintaining compliance. SecureFax-SDE is a simple, inexpensive, and secure solution that helps reduce the risk of confidential information falling into the wrong hands. This, along with our RESTful API, can help automate workflows and integrate secure fax into any application. CV: Do you want to expand on that? RS: We are focused on fax, so we work with many VoIP and service provid - ers, including carriers. We integrate our technology into their networks, allowing them to offer our secure faxing solutions to their existing clients using their own numbers — so no number porting is necessary. Also, government, medical, and financial institutions all have unique faxing needs and regulatory compliance obligations. We can work with them to provide the most effective fax solution for their needs.
