In 2017, Telarus released MoonRize – a new technology that provides daily updates to its partners on data, voice and cloud orders. The MoonRize system is available on Telarus’ agent por- tal and on the company’s partner app, available for both iPhone and Android devices. Billed as “a system that will shine a light on the things that used to be in the dark,” it gives partners the ability to view all of the orders they currently have in progress. A list of active orders is ranked in descend- ing order from newest to oldest, and a filters tab allows partners to organize the list by orders that have already been completed, orders that have already been canceled and orders that are currently in progress. Individual orders, mean- while, contain the name of the customer, their main address, what they’ve ordered and the order number. A “details” page shows the order’s unique workflow. “One of the big- gest frustrations our partners’ experience is submitting an or- der and not knowing the status when asked by a customer,” Telarus explained. “This lack of transparency can mean the dif- ference in success and failure for our partner community. Our IT department decided to create a tool where Telarus partners can visually see what a specific carrier’s provisioning process looks like. We want to make sure they have easy access to this information, updated daily, on their smartphones, so that they can always be seen as the expert by their customers.” Over the top VoIP provider BullsEye was recog- nized for its demonstrated ability to take advantage of high-speed, low-cost internet access and provide quality voice and data solutions.
