Everyone in life must chart their own course and will experience some level of failure and turbulence along the way. When those mo- ments happen, they can be even harder to overcome if certain fundamental principles aren’t in place. I believe the foundation of success lies with- in the four P’s: Purpose, Passion, Perseverance and Positivity. We’ll take a look at each compo- nent in this article and show how missing any single element can be destructive to a growing career. It’s important to note that this article isn’t written in the mindset of creating an ascension to management or leadership; when I talk about continued growth, it can be in the context of as- piring for excellence at any level of work. S uccess is a journey without a clear path. Regardless of who you are, where you came from or how much education you’ve amassed, success is not guaranteed.
