virtual reality I t’s been another year of strong growth and development at Cloud Computing Concepts (C3), a leading provider of technology and communications services to organizations across North America. The Delray Beach, Fla.-based organi- zation entered into 2019 on a high note, having just acquired the South Florida Digital Alliance. Around that time, the company also announced the general availability of its services in Cleveland, which added to its existing presence in Miami, New York and Las Vegas. C3 then kicked off 2019 with back to back an- nouncements. On January 2, C3 announced the acquisition of EtherneXt, an internet service provider offer- ing internet connectivity, colocation, and managed services in North America. Less than a month later, C3 followed up by announcing the general avail- ability of a new SD-WAN service offering powered by VeloCloud’s VMware, enabling the company to more effectively meet the connectivity and transport requirements of its clients and partners. Shortly after, C3 made headlines yet again by announcing the general availability of its Cisco BroadWorks-based Hosted PBX UCaaS and CCaaS platforms. With this announcement, C3 now offers an impressive portfolio which also spans cloud, connectivity, SD-WAN, engineering, security and managed services. At the same time, C3 is committed to growing its channel program. C3 demonstrated this in July, when the company added industry veteran Mike Kopp as its national channel manager. Kopp is a proven leader that brings more than 20 years of technology related sales, account, product and channel management to the table. As you can see, C3 has been very busy as they prepare to turn the corner into 2020. We caught up with founder and CEO Rick Mancinelli, who shared some insight on what’s been happening at the company.
