The new Integra-E wireless fiber solution delivers fiber-equivalent capacities without cable-related limitations. It offers high-reliability, carrier-grade features and performance. The Integra-E also extends the Integra family into the E-band frequencies, delivering 10 Gbps of capacity. During the years, SAF Tehnika has developed numerous microwave radio products for various link distances and capacities. However, the Integra-E is the first to deliver true fiber capacity, said the company. The extremely wide band- width available in the 70 – 80 GHz band enables high capacities, and the advanced technical features implemented within the E-band radio allow for full utilization of the available band- width, maximizing capacity and link availability. The Integra-E also offers advanced Ethernet functionality along with 50 Gbps switching capacity. The company has implemented a 10 Gbps switch with 50 Gbps switching capacity in its new E-band radio, which is a major benefit.
