TBI Adds TeraGo to Vendor Portfolio

TBI has signed a distribution partnership agreement with TeraGo Networks Inc., a Canadian-based company with more than 20 years of experience that provides networking, connectivity and core infrastructure solutions, including cloud and hybrid IT across Canada.

TeraGo owns a national spectrum portfolio of exclusive 24 GHz and 38 GHz wide-area spectrum licenses, including 2,120 MHz of spectrum across Canada’s six largest cities. It manages more than 3,000 cloud workloads, owns and manages its own IP network, and operates five data centers in the greater Toronto and Vancouver areas, as well as in Kelowna, said TeraGo. The company serves approximately 3,000 business customers in nearly 50 major markets across Canada including Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Ottawa and Winnipeg. It is the only Canadian national provider selling fixed wireless and private cloud/colocation, making them the ideal fit for TBI’s intended growth in the Canadian market.

“This partnership will help TBI bring to our partners and their customers with Canadian operations a solid cloud, network and connectivity options with short implementation time-frames,” says Geoff Shepstone, president of TBI. “This relationship also affords our selling partners the ability to assist their customers with digital transformation initiatives, present alternative technology solutions, and help their customers save money on their existing architecture — all while enabling cloud access and computing.”

“This partnership brings together a unique combination of networking, colocation, cloud, and cloud managed services and upcoming technology in 5G to a community of IT advisors and agents,” said Blake Wetzel, CRO of TeraGo. “With TeraGo’s nationwide reach and capabilities in the hands of TBI’s community of partners, both Canadian business and global companies with a Canadian presence will benefit if they are looking to advance their company’s digital transformation. TBI’s partnership and its industry leading innovation and superior support model will break new ground in the Canadian business community.
