For our UC solution with cloud service, hardware, software and as-a-service offerings, we give customers the best approach for transformation. We also recently entered the workplace platform market with an integrated solution for room scheduling, desk booking and visitor management, combining the power of software/ hardware. We’re looking to create more opportunities for the channel, especially for AV resellers and integrators. CV: Where do you see the most potential for growth? PC: Hybrid work will be part of future work patterns. How can you successfully implement flexible arrangements to get employees back to the office? There’ll be increasingly growing need for technology that enables remote communication and collaboration. Cloud PBX and UC have seen significant growth in recent years. Their scalability, cost-effectiveness, remote accessibility, integration and advanced features can benefit businesses of all sizes. Coworking spaces, shared workspaces and hybrid office spaces will also be in demand. As more businesses adopt hybrid work, the need for workplace management platforms should rise for business operations that prioritize employee experience, space utilization and real estate cost. CV: Any recent developments you want to highlight? PC: There are a few innovations worth mentioning: • Yeastar Central Management offers cloud PBX service delivery and management to help service providers create, scale, monitor and manage cloud PBX services in one place. • Upcoming unified messaging features such as SMS over SIP trunking will consolidate text messages into Yeastar Linkus UC Clients. • Yeastar’s Workplace meeting room booking system allows employees’ to easily find and reserve meeting spaces that best suit their needs. • Yeastar Workplace desk booking system supports reservations of individual workspaces, optimizes desk utilization and occupancy and facilitates flexible seating. • Our revamped Partner Portal includes a new look and user experience, series of partner tools and marketing materials. CV: What can we expect to see from Yeastar in the future? PC: We’re dedicated to building the future workplace, empowering organizations, spaces and individuals in every way possible. The latest update of Yeastar Workplace introduces new devices such as an E-ink desk screen – to display availability – and a smart wall switch to control lighting based on meeting room occupancy. Plus, the room schedule display app displays real-time availability via a tablet.
