What are some examples of inFuse technology in production? We provide a self-funded blockchain path to achieve organizational initiatives and streamline operations. Our solution includes pre-emptive order correction, real-time order rating and SLA management. For more than 18 years, we’ve delivered $4 billion in savings to clients! We’ve developed and implemented an open-reference, smart contract to automatically generate monthly SLA credit reports, freeing operations staff from manually preparing reports and applying credits. The smart contract takes trouble ticket status inputs from the seller/buyer, scheduled maintenance and force majeure data from the seller, calculating credits owed to the buyer according to SLAs. Generating reports is an error-prone, manual process. Smart contracts eliminate issues and disputes for accurate accruals and reliable data. What are some preliminary steps for actualizing a real-time, rated-order blockchain? There are a few. You should assemble rated network inventory. inFuse ingests fields from every historical order on active services, rated based on applicable contract and tariff to generate true rated inventory. If orders aren’t completed in a system connected to vendors, automate the process through an ordering platform or by ebonding directly with the vendors. Begin realtime order-rating with inFuse, keeping rated inventory updated, flagging issues and completing change orders, correcting issues before errors begin. Develop smart contracts with assistance from Sage or another company, simplifying complex governing agreements and continuing order rating. Finally, create a permissioned-based DLT for real-time, mutual order endorsement, managing payment from the ledger. This helps retire archaic billing, ordering and A/P systems, eliminate back-billing/disputes and improve financial accruals. CV’s podcast with Sage did a great job outlining high-level benefits. Any data points you can share in terms of real impact? Our blockchain solution offers realtime rate validation and SLA enforcement across all agreements and tariffs, order validation/pre-emptive corrections and, ultimately, savings, with blockchain and SLA claims accounting for $50 million in annual savings.
