Small businesses today encounter many concerns. While they may not need access to the latest telecom hardware and services, many have unique demands and tighter budgets. Sometimes, they require access to a fixed number of devices and lower-tier voice/text/data options, or maybe streamlined billing, account management or support processes. Regardless of the concern, PureTalk Business could have the answer. This Telrite company targets postpaid business consumers, providing access to devices, financing options, plans, capabilities and accessories. Alongside other Telrite brands H2O Wireless (prepaid services) and Life Wireless (supporting governmentsubsidized offerings), PureTalk allows Telrite to extend services for virtually any customer need. “I get passionate about the business customer, having worked in telecom for so long,” said Brett Wantland, vice president of sales and business development. “I’ve had friends that owned their own business. I see the gaps. They put in hours. Taking anything off their plate helps. If our plans offer a very good value prop to customers, saves them money and helps them run a business, we’re putting money back in their pockets.” PureTalk Business focuses on helping smaller business owners better address their unique needs by offering handsets and plans that support scalable, shareable data packages. Part of this emphasis is on providing access to the right devices for individual scenarios. Whether one needs low-end, entry-level handsets or the latest high-end technology, PureTalk seeks to accommodate. This includes a full gamut of electronics that includes phones, tablets, wearables and hotspot units. “Not everybody needs the newest iPhone or the newest Samsung phone,” said Wantland. “You probably just need something to get in communication with, maybe send and receive a couple pictures. You need something clean and reliable, and you may not need a ton of data.” Additionally, PureTalk Business works to promote improved time efficiency for its clients. This comes through its customer portal, which is specifically designed to cater to the business customer with its interface, replete with the necessary tools and resources to find more timely resolution. Organizations can more easily handle account management, with options for viewing and breaking down billing, monitoring data and voice minute use, overseeing phone activity and accessing package and data consumption details. There is also a dedicated support center, for which PureTalk experts have the account information and training to cater to individual SMB demands. Support is available either over the phone or via the aforementioned portal. “We want to give you time back,” noted Wantland. “The last thing you want is to spend two hours messing around with your bill. If a customer calls in, we try to educate them on the portal so that they don’t have to call in for help. We love talking to them, but that’s time they can recapture.” Despite having a presence on the same network – and access to comparable devices, capabilities and in-house financing – as the more wellknown providers, PureTalk Business specifically aims to support those organizations that have been left behind in terms of coverage. “It’s not that we don’t want the large customers with 200/300/400 lines,” said Wantland, “but when we look at the pockets of those in need, it’s many with 5/10/20 lines. They generate good revenues but aren’t getting the whiteglove approach they should.” Anticipating a period of partner growth, PureTalk Business is excited for the future. “We continue to grow,” said Wantland. “We’re getting feedback on the agent portal, and are working with our IT team to develop those efforts. We’ve got a ton of new devices rolling out. We’re growing like crazy overall, just based on servicing our customer base. We’re working side-by-side with our neighbors. That’s our main focus.” For more information on Telrite’s PureTalk Business, visit www.puretalk. com/business or call (800) 785-1355.
