Contact Center Lite was designed for SMB customers seeking intelligent routing strategies, reporting and supervi- sor functionality without the high price tag and added bells and whistles of a full contact center solution. The supervi- sor also can pull historical reports on call analytics. Reports may include average hold times, speed of answer, aban- doned caller rate, least active agent or total calls.
