The wireless family includes the M500 Pro Multicell Base Station, M58 Desk Phone and the M55 Handset. The wireless desk phones/handsets require no Ethernet connectivity, offering flexibility and mobility throughout the workplace. Each M500 Pro can pair with eight handsets or desk phones for eight concurrent calls. Two base stations can be paired to increase phone pairing, call capacity, and range. The base station offers a range inside and around the facility with no dead zones or dropped calls. Versa Networks In 2023, Versa launched its trademarked Versa Zero Trust Everywhere, a solution delivering zero-trust security for remote and onpremises users, with optimized user-to-application performance. With Versa Zero Trust Everywhere, enterprises can leverage Versa’s AI/ ML-powered Unified SASE platform to enable in-line zero-trust policy enforcement for remote workers and onsite/hybrid workers. The company ensures secure uptime for its customers through an array of patented wide-area network management solutions. ZeroOutages offers a Starlink Internet and SD-WAN solution and provides agents with the ability to sell a single source provider globally. Channel Programs of the Year ACS Cloud Partners A top channel program hinges equally on people, technology, processes and ethics, ACS in 2022 made several important upgrades. First, it created custom support teams. Instead of working with a group, each partner now interacts with one support manager, one channel manager, one commissions manager and one marketing manager. This creates more cohesion and trust. ACS removed all requirements for sending to general email addresses. This enhanced the personalized approach, connecting partners directly with the right ACS person. ACS updated its real-time, proprietary tools, including FiberLookup and PricingPro. These resources give partners instant access to service provider availability in specific areas and associated costs, respectively. ACS also introduced a service level agreement for turnaround on quotes and contracts.
