CV:

From your perspective,

what are the top trends that

are changing the enterprise

and SMB landscape these

days?

DR:

I believe the top trends are still

coax and fiber plays for access, and

satisfying Internet growth plans. While

cloud and other services like hosted

PBX are starting to take off, I still see

fiber and coax access as the top cur-

rent trends and source of income for our

agents. The replacement of the TDM

network with fiber is in full force now. I

expect mobility opportunities and IoT to

become more relevant for specific ver-

ticals, as well as hosting and cloud ser-

vices to continue to grow, but I believe

the next few years will be filled with new

requests for hosted and fiber/coax ac-

cess as customers move away from the

TDM telephone network to IP networks.

CV:

What’s new for you from

a portfolio perspective?

DR:

we are rolling out our Tele-IP

hosted product. We still have a $2.5 million

long-distance business, mostly servicing

800-number customers that cannot be

VoIP’d. We have been in the resale busi-

ness since 1994, and we look forward to

providing our own resale program for our

Computer rendering of Telegration’s new HQ.
