In his new role, Madison will be responsible for the overall growth and develop- ment of Masergy’s global part- ner program. “Throughout his tenure with Masergy, most recently as VP of the strategic partner program, Bill has implemented key strategic channel initiatives that have consistently delivered outstanding results,” said Keith Hatley, senior vice president of global channel sales, Masergy. “His data-driven approach to channel management and vi- sion for the next phase of our global partner program will further accelerate growth for Masergy and our partners.” Cato Networks, a provider of “SD-WAN-as-a- service,” announced that Avant Communications has joined Cato’s channel partner program. The partnership allowsAvant’s agents to expand their services portfolio with the cloud-based and secure, global SD-WAN service. Cato Cloud is an integrated networking and security platform that securely connects all enterprise locations, people, and data, said the company. “Avant is a leader in channel sales of SD- WAN, tripling our channel’s SD-WAN revenue within the past year,” said Drew Lydecker, president and co-founder at Avant. “Cato’s rich capabilities of secure SD-WAN services, combined with Avant’s sales enablement plat- form is poised to make a significant impact. SD-WAN is on fire in the industry and Cato/ Avant stand ready to support it.” Colt Technology Services has bol- stered its On Demand SDN service by expanding further into the Asia Pacific region, with the end goal being to deliv- er a truly global service. Colt’s On De- mand SDN services are powered by the Colt IQ Network and enable businesses to take full control of their network, scal- ing high bandwidth requirements up and down in real-time. Following the successful launch of Colt’s On Demand SDN services in Japan, the company plans to launch these services both in Singapore and Hong Kong in Q2 2018. The Colt IQ Network currently reaches all the key business hubs across Europe, Asia and North America, connecting to more than 25,000 buildings and more than 800 data centers worldwide.
