The VC200 comes with an integrated codec, camera, microphone and bracket and can fit televisions ranging from 6 mm to 50 mm. It’s a plug-and-play product that can be easily deployed in a matter of minutes. This product features an ultra HD, 4K cam- era with powerful zoom functionality as well as a horizontal field of view that can capture up to six people at a time in a conference room setting. The VC200’s six built-in microphone arrays also support direct audio pickup, en- suring clear communication by automatically identifying and comparing voices. What’s more, the VC200 can connect to wireless applications using Bluetooth or WiFi. With the release of the VC200, Yealink now has powerful and scalable video conferencing solutions for environments of all sizes, from large rooms to huddle rooms, said the company. o Fusion has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately held MegaPath Holding Corpora- tion, which provides a robust, fully integrated suite of cloud services including UCaaS, cloud comput- ing, security, SD-WAN and cloud connectivity. Total consideration in the transaction is $71.5 million with up to $10 million payable at Fusion’s election in unregistered shares of Fusion common stock priced at $5.78 per share. The transaction is expected to close within the next 90 days. MegaPath is expected to con- tribute $70 million in annual reve- nue, 95 percent of which consists of contracted monthly recurring revenue, and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $15 million includ- ing anticipated cost synergies. The deal also adds more than 8,000 business customers to Fusion’s ledger, with an average monthly revenue per customer of $750 and 1 percent monthly churn. Fusion also gains approxi- mately 45 quota-bearing sales representatives across direct and indirect sales channels as well as a number of distribution partners. “This transaction is further evi- dence that Fusion is rapidly building a cloud services industry leader around our unique and compelling single-source strategy,” said Mat- thew Rosen, Fusion’s vhairman and CEO. “MegaPath is an ideal fit with our strategic objectives as it adds a diverse, high-value business customer base, a team of cloud ser- vices experts and incremental finan- cial scale, with a high percentage of MRR high ARPU and low churn relative to industry averages.” Yealink Introduces VC200 Huddle Room Solution Fusion to Acquire MegaPath Channel Vision | May - June, 2018 66
