net2phone, subsidiary of IDT Cor- poration, has acquired Versature, a SaaS-based business communications solutions and hosted VoIP provider serving the Canadian market. Post-ac- quisition, Versature plans to accelerate its expansion in Canada through invest- ment in the partner and direct channels, recruitment of additional top talent and continued development of voice-centric and unified communications technology solutions, said the company. net2phone’s UCaaS and Versat- ure revenues combined in the three months ended July 31, 2018 aggre- gated to more than $5 million.
