The company says the program
provides participating partners
with a competitive yet simple to
operate and manage WaaS solu-
tion for the delivery of cloud desk-
tops, hosted applications, data
and complete IT workspaces.
According to recent research
by MarketsandMarkets, the global
WaaS market is currently worth
$7.47 billion and projected to reg-

CloudJumpersimplifies the
process of delivering WaaS
without the need to manage
complex infrastructure, which
has been a requirement in the
past. As a result, CloudJumper
partners are able to offer an
integrated workspace to clients
anytime, anywhere and to any
computing device. The plat-
form’s centralized deployment
and management interface pro-
vides CloudJumper partners with
complete control and auditability
to ensure compliance with SLAs.
Included in the program is a
partner portal offering web-based
quoting and ordering, as well as
customer analytics and monitor-
ing; support integration with on-

access to detailed billing informa-
tion; service discounting based
on account size; pricing estimates
for new accounts; onboarding sup-

Impartner Launches
on Salesforce AppExchange
Impartner,the partner relationship management
(PRM) provider, has announced that its Impartner Lo-
cator for Salesforce Community Cloud is now on the
Salesforce AppExchange. Impartner Locator easily
configures with Salesforce Community Cloud and allows
both vendors and partners to configure the search-
ability of partners by any attribute or field in Salesforce,
making it simple for potential customers to find the
partner best suited to their needs beyond just geogra-
phy and vertical, said the company.
Impartner Locator displays results in both a list and
an interactive map and features the ability for partners
to personalize their listings with multimedia and even
customer reviews, which can serve as a landing page
for smaller partners without robust sites.
Said Impartner CMO Dave Taylor: “Impartner Loca-
tor is already one of our most popular add-on mod-
ules, and with this version tailored specifically for use
with Salesforce Communities, we literally put a face on
everyone’s business that allows them to pull out and
merchandise what they feel is most important about
their organization.”
“By leveraging the power of the Salesforce App Cloud,
Impartner provides customers with an exciting new way to
connect potential customers to the perfect partner,” add-
ed Kori O’Brien, senior vice president at Salesforce.

Direction of Desktop Virtualization
While 30% of organizations have adopted virtual desktops in 2016, it’s down from 35% in
2015, according to Computer Economics’ figures. “Adopters turned to desktop virtualization
to lower the cost and complexity of managing desktops and to improve security and the
mobile experience. However, other technologies, including cloud applications and SaaS, have
allowed a similar user experience without a full virtual desktop by serving the app across any
desktop instead of serving the entire desktop,” said the research firm.
