General Solutions Associates LLC (GSA), a
telecommunications compliance leader,
and White Label Communications Inc.
and CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business,
have announced an agreement to include the SureTax
Telecom tax rating solution in White Label Communi-
cation’s billing platform for its resellers.
White Label Communications is recognized as
a leader in private label VoIP service providers and
software makers for resellers selling hosted PBX and
SIP trunk services.
GSA is an industry leader in regulatory require-
ments consulting, compliance outsourcing and tax
processing.
“This agreement will enable carriers using the soft-
ware to remain fully compliant with commerce regu-
lations – utilizing a single trusted source for all their
needs,” said Matt LaHood, CEO of GSA.
“Atlas with an integration of SureTax Telecom is an
enhanced solution fully recognizing the importance
of a unified billing and compliance reporting engine
supported in the VoIP sector,” he noted.
Chris Griffith, chief technology officer and
co-founder of White Label Communications, added,
“Making the decision to integrate with GSA and CCH
SureTax for our Atlas software Voice over IP tax rating
solution was easy. Our resellers expect us to provide
them with simple-to-use, innovative software enabling
them to focus their time on sales and marketing.
“We were particularly impressed with the accu-
racy of the SureTax Telecom fee mapping and taxes
functions, coupled with GSA’s compliance consulting,
which help our resellers take the worry out of compli-
ance,” Griffith said.
He added that the Atlas software platform contin-
uously proves its value by significantly reducing the
amount of time it takes to sell, manage, and deliver
VoIP services using the product.
White Label Communications formally launched
its software in February 2011, with the goal of
enabling Interconnects, MSPs and carriers with
sophisticated state-of-the-art sales, billing and distri-
bution tools to have a seamless, turnkey, easy-to-use
complete VoIP services platform.
Rollout of the enhanced Atlas software equipped
with CCH SureTax Telecom product library and
compliance rules was launched last month.
CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business is a global
