While the Masters in Augusta was preparing to fit a 2015 champion with a green jacket on Sunday, nearly
45 COMPTEL PLUS attendees gathered at the Celebration Golf Club for the annual spring tournament to
compete for honors of their own, without as much hype, fanfare or pressure. The winning team included
the trio of Jason Ewing, Inteliquent; Daniel Nichols of SkyBlue Solutions; and Chris Smith of Consolidate
Communications. The second place team included Thomas Beem, Scott Cousins and Marty Ouverson,
all of Iowa Network Services (INS). This year’s winners of the longest drive competition were Tammy
Douglass from Time Warner Cable Business Class in the women’s category and Todd Twete of Tele-
Sphere Software for the men. And this year’s winner for hitting closest to the pin was Ouverson of INS.
Mark Miller of C Spire finished second.
