THE LNPA TRANSITION

Telcordia (d/b/a iconectiv) is proud to have been

selected by the North American Numbering

Council (NANC) to serve as the next Local

Number Portability Administrator (LNPA). We

look forward to working with the industry,

regulators and the incumbent to ensure a

smooth transition so that carriers and consumers

can quickly benefit from the modernization of

services, lower fees and our proven capabilities.

Our comprehensive approach to transitioning

the LNPA service includes collaboration and

testing with carriers, law enforcement agencies

and other Number Portability Administration

Center (NPAC) users to address the needs of

all service providers and U.S. law enforcement,

which will ultimately benefit the more than

425 million consumers in the United States and

Puerto Rico.
