With channel partners eager to help business clients deploy robust AI solutions to handle data and network security, customer service issues, account management and other use cases, CVxEXPO25 continues to mold its inaugural AI Demo Café into shape. The demo area, located on the floor of the expo hall, will be a buzz of activity where attendees can witness AI-enabled solutions and technologies in action when the trade show commences Nov. 3-5 at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel & Conference Center in Glendale, Ariz.
The AI Demo Café will serve as a neutral and welcoming space for channel partners to watch live demos presented by CVxEXPO25 exhibitors and sponsors as well as discuss strategies for marketing and selling those solutions directly with vendor representatives. Thus far, several leading providers have committed to demo presentations including AI Demo Café sponsor Palomarr, Genesys and Lumen Technologies.
As just a sampling, Palomarr is an AI marketplace that leverages AI and technology expertise to match unique business needs to 400-plus providers via more than 1 million data points in its portfolio. Meanwhile, Genesys, one of the largest providers of cloud-based, AI-powered CX solutions, recently published findings from its commissioned agentic AI survey of CX leaders and consumers. And Lumen, a global communications and network services company, is strategically targeting its extensive fiber network at businesses to handle the high‑bandwidth demands of AI solutions.
Other vendors that will be offering AI demos include Netverge, Caliber Security Partners, Level365, SharpenCX and LevelAI. Be sure to check back with the CVxEXPO25 and ChannelVision websites for updates and the complete demo schedule. There will be up to 18 demos total.
While taking in the live demos during regular exhibit hours, attendees also will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee and snacks. In addition, during the opening reception and complimentary cocktail hours, the demo area will transform into a lounge serving adult beverages and hors d’oeuvres.
“The speed at which AI has caused businesses to scramble looking for cutting-edge solutions to help manage, guide and protect their businesses should position channel partners to be the guiding hands in this new frontier,” said Berge Kaprelian, CEO and President of Beka Business Media and ChannelVision. “We have made a concerted effort with CVxEXPO25 to provide the most insightful and practical expertise in this evolving AI space as possible.”
Ultimately, the AI Demo Café is just one component of a comprehensive program designed to help channel partners better grasp the complexities of AI technology options and confidently match the best solutions with client needs. For example, the demo area will be adjacent to the AI Pavilion sponsored by Palomarr, where partners can meet face-to-face with leading AI vendors and suppliers.
In addition, there are several dedicated keynote and educational sessions on tap to help partners gain knowledge on specific and practical applications of AI in the marketplace.
Entering its fourth year as a standalone partner event, CVxEXPO25 is the largest IT channel trade show and conference in the Southwest. CVxEXPO annually brings together channel partners including tech advisors, MSPs, distributors, resellers and channel managers to immerse themselves in the latest trends, connect with industry peers and unlock unprecedented growth opportunities for their businesses.
In addition to the AI Demo Café, attendees and exhibitors can expect two full days of expo hall hours and educational sessions, inspiring keynotes and a golf tournament. Additional highlights include opening and closing night receptions, complimentary hall meals and refreshments, and a full lineup of sponsored on-and off-site partner meetups.
