Sangoma Technologies Corp., a provider of on-premises, cloud-based and hybrid communications as a service (CaaS) solutions, has partnered with VTech Hospitality to deliver an integrated guest experience solution for hotels and resorts. The collaboration makes Sangoma’s unified communications (UC) platform fully compatible with VTech’s hospitality phones, company officials said.
The partnered communications solution is designed to improve front desk operations, speed up guest requests and support emergency response. The integration of Sangoma’s UC platform with VTech phones enables staff to manage wake-up calls, voicemail, room status updates and internal messaging, officials said.

The combined hospitality communication solution is available across North America via both companies’ partner channels.
