NUSO and Red Cactus Announce Multinational Partnership

NUSO, a multinational provider of cloud communications and collaboration solutions, has partnered with Red Cactus, a Europe-based provider of CRM integration technology. The alliance will accelerate Red Cactus’ expansion into the U.S. market while enabling NUSO to enhance the CRM connectivity that feeds customer insights directly into its UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, NUSO officials said.

“Together with Red Cactus, we’re bringing CRM integrations that let people work in the tools they already know, while making customer interactions easier and more effective,” said Matt Siemens, CEO of NUSO. “As part of this partnership, we’ve committed to developing a joint integration with our NUSO Connect Recorder, our compliance grade call recording solution with transcription, sentiment analysis and secure storage. This will allow recordings and call data to flow directly into CRM, ERP and customer care platforms, giving agents the context they need to serve customers better.”

The joint offering enables businesses to embed communications directly within more than 200 CRMs, including Salesforce, HubSpot and Autotask. Features include one-click call launch, configurable screen pops with caller data, embedded apps like Bubble365 and workflow automation through “if this, then that” logic, even for non-standard CRMs, officials said.
